7 of my best friends, the Flamingos, celebrate our birthdays every year together. This year we spent the weekend at the Westin Galleria, shopped, did pedicures together, ate cheesecake and La Madeline, and had a good ole' girl time!
Jessica came to visit way back in April and I am really behind on blogging! It was such a wonderful visit. We had so much fun chatting and doing girl stuff at the Galleria! Of course Cheesecake Factory and Starbuck's couldn't be passed up! Yum! Kamri got to enjoy some girl time with us too... and we all got a little silly as pictured. I caught Jess putting chocolate on her tooth to make it look toothless! Crazy girl! What a fun time! Miss you, Jess!
Most every day, we spent outside with K playing in the sand and trampoline and me sitting around or laying in a lawn chair watching her. Pat also finished getting our garage ready for doors and now I am happily parking in my garage every night. Kamri gets to push the button to close the door every time we leave to go somewhere. It's a big deal- believe me! I also became more patient over Spring Break... she is buckling herself in now and it takes a while. So I start the car and wait... and wait... and wait... until she's all secure and gives me the ok!
This was the Annual Easter Egg Hunt put on by Dickinson First Baptist Church. It is wonderful event for the whole community. They provide free drinks, popcorn, cotton candy, face painting, moon bounces, games, pictures with the Easter Bunny mailed to you, and thousands of eggs! They divide the hunts by age group and it's so much fun! They have several christian tracts out and drawings... it is totally an outreach for the community!
Me with my flamingo decor! My flamingo fun stuff had to have a special place in my new house. I think this shelf in my computer room is perfect! Every day I go in there, and there they are all staring at me... No, not the flamingoes... more importantly, my friends!
Showers of Blessing!

I had a wonderful shower last weekend at church. Connie, the sweetest lady,
pretty much did the whole sha-bang solo and she had just every lit...
So much happening and so little time...

Wow... I haven't been logged in to my own blog in forever! So hello, blog.
Did you miss me? Well, I have been so prioritized lately I haven't had time
to b...
I am a thankful wife and mommy. I have a Christian husband I have been married to for 7 years and we have a 3 year old "Little People" precious baby girl! I love Jesus my savior and pray every day that I live a life that reflects his love to others around me. That's the most important thing I can do in with this life He has blessed me with.
I love to exercise, though lately you wouldn't know it. Water and snow skiing are great passions I enjoy. I get lost in a book every now and then, and I love a good chick-flick that requires a few kleenex, and it's best topped off with warmed up cookie dough and coffee!
I love spending time with family and friends.
I taught school for 5 years and probably will again some day. Right now I teach at M.D.O. and K goes there too.
Staying at home and taking care of my baby girl is my most obvious blessing at this point in my life, no doubt! I love her like CRAZY! She's my "silly goose".
